CIDCO Lottery is an initiative of City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra. It is a housing scheme started by the Government of Maharashtra. Recently this scheme is for the location Taloja, Bamandongri, Juinagar, Kharghar, Panvel, Kharkopar, and Kalamboli.
Flat size is 25.81 sq.m for EWS category appliers and 29.82 sq.m. for LIG category appliers. The flat prize for the EWS category is approximately Rs. 17 to 18 Lakh expected and the LIG category is approximately Rs 25 to 26 Lakh.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must earn monthly income Rs. 25000/- per month to apply for Economically Weaker Section category flats
Applicants must earn monthly income between Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 50000/- per month to apply for Low Income Group category flats.
Objective of CIDCO Lottery:
The major objective of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra behind CIDCO is to provide houses to the economically weaker section and lower-income group people of the state. The government wants to provide houses to everyone in the state by 2024.

Procedure to Register for CIDCO Lottery 2020:
- Appliers need to follow the further steps to seek application for CIDCO Lottery registration:
- First of all open the official website of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra
- From the home page of the website you need to click “Register for Lottery” option
- Now enter the details “user name”, “Password” and “Confirm Password”
- Then enter first name, father/ husband name, surname, date of birth and mobile number
- Click submit option, a system message will appear and tick the checkbox
- Enter the captcha and click “confirm” option
- A popup message will appear on the screen where you need to enter OTP you received on the registered mobile number
- Click “ok” option and application form will appear on the screen
- Enter the monthly income, pan card number, re-enter pan number and applicant name as on pan card
- Upload scanned copy of pan card in JPEG form between 5 Kb to 300 Kb and click “Save” option
- Enter Aadhar card number, re-enter Aadhar card number and applicant name as on Aadhar card
- Upload scanned copy of Aadhar card in JPEG form between 5 Kb to 300 Kb and click “Save” option
- Upload your recently scanned coloured picture in JPEG form between 5 Kb to 50 Kb
- Now enter Applicants name, husband/ father name, date of birth, occupation, marital status, gender, address, PIN Code, mobile number, email ID, residence telephone number, office telephone number, bank account number, IFSC Code, MICR number, Bank name, and bank branch name
- Enter captcha code appears on the screen and click submit option & then click “confirm” option.
Procedure To Check Acceptance Of Applications:
- First of all open the official website of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra
- From the home page of the website you need to click “Accepted applications” option
- Lottery names will appears, check the name and click “view” option given in front of the lottery name
- Again click View as per your category and scheme code
- List of applicants whose applications are accepted will appear in pdf form
- Check your application number and name on the list.
Procedure to Pay Estate / Miscellaneous Receipt Payments:
- Go to the official website of the city and industrial development Corporation Of Maharashtra Limited.

- After that, you have to click on Estate/Miscellaneous Receipt Payments
