SSP Karnataka Pre Matric Scholarship
SSP Karnataka Pre Matric Scholarship schemes are granted to the eligible students from class I to Class 10. How to apply for Pre Matric SSP Karnataka Scholarship online?
Online applications for pre matric scholarships can be submitted through the official portal of SSP Karnataka, ssp.karnataka.gov.in. The application procedure is divided into two stages, (A) Stage I: Creating an account and (B) Applying for the Scholarship. To apply for the Pre Matric Scholarship in the state of Karnataka, foolow the step by step procedure described below.
Stage 1: Create an Account
Step I:- First of all, you need to visit the official website of the Karnataka State Scholarship Portal. As the homepage opens, click on the “Create Account” tab available on the top menu bar.
Step II:- Tick the checkbox “Prematric” and enter your SATS ID. After that, click on the option of “Get Data”.
Step III:- All the details in your SATS profile, such as Student’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Class and School will automatically be fetched by the system. Recheck all the details and click on “Save and Proceed”.
Step IV:- Now, you need to enter your active mobile number. An OTP will be forwarded to the same and verify your number by filling the exact OTP in the space provided. Click on the “Submit” button.
Step V:- Generate a password for your SSP Karnataka profile, and your SSP profile is created to apply for the desired scholarships. Save the unique User ID allotted.
Stage 2: Apply for the Scholarship
Step VI:- On the homepage, you will find a “Student Login” option beside Create Account tab. Click on it.
Step VII:- Now, you need to log in to your profile by filling in your User ID and password. After that, click on the “LOG IN” button.
Step VIII:- The following screen will appear. After making the appropriate choices, click on the “Proceed” button.
Step IX:- You will be redirected to a new page asking about your Aadhaar details, for example, the Name and Aadhaar number of both student and parent. Check the consent box and click on the “Save and Proceed” at the end.
Step X:- If any one of student or parent does not poseess the Aadhaar card, he/ she must provide respective EID details, EID number and name along with the bank account details of the same.
Step XI:- Verify your details fed once again and click on the option of “Yes” as a pop up window appears. If some mistakes appear, rectify them.
Step XII:- Enter other required details, such as your caste certificate details, Day Scholar/ Hosteller, residential details, domicile certificate details, etc. Upload a scanned image of your recent photograph.
Step XIII:- Click on the “Save” icon. Take a print out of the application form and acknowledgement slip for future purposes.
Your application form is submitted.

SSP Karnataka Post Matric Scholarship
Post Matric scholarships are granted to those students who have passed their 10th class and wish to pursue higher studies. Such students are granted variable financial grants as per the applied scholarship. An online portal, www.ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in has been established so as to provide all the information related to scholarship schemes offered for post-matric students under different departments. How to Apply for Post Matric SSP Karnataka Scholarship Online?
To apply for the Post Matric SSP Karnataka Scholarship in an online manner, the aspirants must follow the steps given below. The whole application process is divided into four stages. Check here.
Stage 1: Fresh Registration
Step I:- First of all, you must go to the official website of the SSP Karnataka Post Matric Scholarship. Click on the “Create Account” option as shown.

Step II:- Select the scheme you wish to apply for and your category from the drop-down lists. After that, choose your District and Taluk.

Step III:- If you possess an Aadhaar card, fill in your required Aadhar details, otherwise, provide your EID details. At last, tick the consent checkbox if you agree and click on the “Proceed” button.
Step IV:- After that, fill in your active email address and mobile number. Verify your contact details through OTP. Generate a password for your SSP Karnataka Scholarship account.
Step V:- Upon successful verification, a User ID will be assigned to you. Don’t forget to note it down for future use. Your registration is now complete.
Stage 2: Apply for the Scholarship

Step VII:- The following Login dialog box will appear. Log into your SSP Karnataka Scholarship profile using your User ID and generated password. Enter the same captcha code in the designated space. At last, click on the “LOG IN” button.
Step IX:- Fill in the application form providing all the relevant details, including your basic info, aadhar card details, course details, etc.
Step X:- Recheck all the details and submit the application form. Save a copy for the same for future use.
Stage 3:- e-Attestation of Documents
Step XI:- On the homepage, you will finf the following link. Click on it and log in to the e-Attestation portal using your aadhar card number.
Step XII:- Upload all the e-Attested documents to the portal to get the document IDs.
Stage 4: Final Submission
Step XIII:- Log in again to your SSP Karnataka portal. Enter the designated document IDs. Click on the “Preview” button, cross-check all the details and finally, hit the “Submit” button.
Step XIV:- Download a copy of the application form for future purposes.

To view the status of your applied post matric scholarship, follow the following steps:-
Log in to your SSP Post Matric profile @ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in.

Renewal Application
Once the scholarship is availed, the applicants can not again apply for the scholarship. However, they can renew the application for the subsequent year of UG/ PG degree. Follow the steps described below to apply as renewal application to continue the benefits of the scholsrship.
