  • Click on the ‘i-RTC’ icon under the Bhoomi Services section.
  • You will be redirected to the ‘i-Wallet Services’ home page
  • Enter the following details-
  1.  User ID
  2. Password
  3. Captcha code
  • Click on the ‘Login’ button.
  • Choose from the ‘Current Year’ or ‘Old Year’ options available at the top left corner of the webpage.

  3. Hobli
  4. Village
  5. Survey Number.

Extracting Mutation Report:

A mutation refers to transferring your own land to someone else so if you want to extract your mutation report then you have to follow the simple steps given below:-

  • First, login through your credentials.
  • On the homepage, click on ‘View RTC and MR’
  • Select the ‘Mutation Report (MR)’ option.
  • Select the following-
  1.  District
  2. Taluk
  3. Hobli
  4. Village
  5. Survey Number.
  • Click on the ‘Fetch Details’ button.

Checking Mutation Report Status:

If you want to check the status of your mutation report and you have to follow the simple steps given below:-

  • First, login through your credentials.
  • On the homepage, click on ‘View RTC and MR’
  • Select the ‘Mutation Status’ option.
  • Select the following-

  5. Survey Number.

Revenue Maps for Your Land:

  • Click on the revenue maps icon under the Bhoomi Services section.
  • Select the following-

  5. Survey Number.
  • Click on the search button.
  • Click on the ‘PDF’ icon in the column next to the list of villages to view the revenue map of your land

Viewing Dispute Case Reports Online:

If you want to check the dispute case reports of your land then you have to follow the simple steps which are given below:-

  • Click on the ‘Fetch Details’ button.

Bhoomi RTC:

RTC is Record of Rights, tenancy and Crops. It is an important document issued to the existing land owner. It is also known as Pahani. This document includes the following information:-

Area of the Land

Commercial, agricultural and non-agricultural residential flood area

Crops are grown on the land

Identification of soil type

Information about the landowner

Liabilities such as bank loans on the land

Nature of possession

Tenancy

Type of land

Water Rate i.e. how much of water is to be utilized to keep the land

Mutation of Property:

It is a procedure that is involved in the transferring title of the ownership of the property from one person to another. To apply for the mutation you have to go to the KIOSK Centre and submit the related documents along with application form.

Online RTC & Mutation Extract Document:

Department has started online facility to apply for mutation extract and get original RTC by paying online Rs.15/-. Further are the steps you have to follow to apply:

Open the official website of the land record Karnataka

Scroll the page and go to the “Choose The Online Document You Need To Download”

Choose “RTC” or “mutation extract” which you want to get

Click “get application” option given under the RTC or Mutation extract as per your choice

If you are not registered then click “created account” option

Fill the detail in the application and select sign up/ submit option

Now enter user id and password along with captcha shows on the screen

Select login option and fill the application form

Submit it and pay the fee via online mode

Verify RTC & Mutation Status Via SMS:

Now citizens can verify the reality of RTC&status of mutation by sending an SMS to 161. Further are the ways to send SMS: –

The reality of RTC -SMS “KA Bhoomi (RTC unique number)”

Status of mutation -SMS “KA Bhoomi (GSC number)”

Procedure to Get Your Missed i-RTC:

Open the official website of the land record Karnataka

Scroll the page and go to the “Choose The Online Document You Need To Download”

Click “get application” option given under the RTC

Now go to “Get Your Missed i-RTC” option

Select “Click Here to get Missed RTC” option

Now you have to enter the order number and click get i-RTC option

M-RTC Mobile app:

Now citizens of the state can get the information via mobile application. To download the app, follow the further mentioned step:

Open the official address of Bhoomi, Karnataka

Then go to the play store icon or directly open play store

Now search M RTC and application will appear

You may download it from here directly

Select the install option and let it download in your mobile

After that open the app and login or register in it to use
